Documents recorded through Recording Express flow back into Operating System automatically, so nothing needs to be re-keyed or manually filed.
Recording Express submits through secure, PRIA-compliant connections and is available in most U.S. counties that accept electronic recording, with new counties added as e-recording becomes available and custom connections built for counties with unique requirements. Supported document types include deeds (warranty, quitclaim, trustee), mortgages and deeds of trust, releases and reconveyances, assignments and modifications, easements and covenants, and UCC filings in supporting counties.

County recording fees are paid directly to counties through Recording Express - DSI does not mark them up.
