Alphamax 3

Alphamax3 (AM3) is a lightweight desktop application that allows anywhere access and is integrated to ResWare. Share data and documents between your plant and ResWare. DSI can connect AM3 to older systems and repositories to bring “bases”, “starters”, and any other relevant documents into the title production process easily. Data Services can convert your existing title plant, images, and data into a modern and integrated Alphamax3 plant.

Recording Express

Record electronically directly from your desk and enable your centralized recording desk. Recording Express connects directly to the county and records documents fast and easily with notification and tracking throughout the process. Recording Express is integrated to ResWare. Send documents from ResWare to Recording Express and upon recordation they are placed back into the repository in the correct file. Recording Express is available in most counties and DSI can connect to any county when needed.

Data Services has an expert customer data team located in Tucson, AZ. The team is experienced in keying geographic title plants complete with advanced mapping. DSI employs double blind keying and quality control methodology. DSI can incorporate your posting requirements into a high quality Alphamax plant. Using an advanced Application Programming Interface DSI can allow over-seas vendors to submit data to your plant that must pass strict requirements. DSI will give you control over your data quality with reporting and only correctly keyed instruments will be committed to the plant. DSI has approved keying partners for keying and back-plant projects.

Recon Express is integrated into ResWare and updates flow programmatically behind the scenes. Recon Express is better together with an Alphamax title plant.

DSI has incorporated the county GIS maps directly into the title plant. Drawing specialists can run-out legal descriptions in software to create digital shapes that become a permanent layer in your title plant maps. With digital arb’s or cut-out’s sectional examination becomes faster and more certain. All digital data means DSI help your title department speed examination by programmatically pre-searching and packaging up what is needed to review. Digital drawing software is available as part of an Alphamax title plant or as a service for any drawing needs.
